Weekly intern study

Suggested weekly cadence, confirmed against the internship term and available capacity. Friday: study the assigned workspace, guide, two companions, and practice studio. Sunday by 6 p.m. Eastern: submit the journal and role-specific deliverable. Monday: administrators review evidence, prioritize issues, and return the next retest. Assignments rotate through each intern’s assigned tools and progressively examine baseline use, accessibility, evidence, and improvements. The final confirmed week includes a handoff.

Weekly Training duration governs the internship timeline; administrators can set an explicit ending week or pause new assignments in Tool Review. Saved assignment snapshots, draft revisions, submitted journals, feedback, and decisions remain available for authorized review after the internship.

How feedback becomes improvements

Administrators separate member evaluation from intern testing, reproduce issues, record severity and an owner with a target date, and request a retest. Record resolution after verifying the corrected member task. Feedback collection supports program learning and product evaluation. Research recruitment and analysis require their own approved protocol and consent pathway.

Record boundaries

Private journals and feedback are saved in the CSPN program record with account authorization. Workspace notes, practice state, companion responses, and guide selections can be saved as separate notebook revisions for approved program learning. Enter only approved program material in evaluation records. Patient records and complimentary codes belong in their designated secure systems.
